HOW DOES THE FITNESS COACHING PROCESS WORK?

The fitness coaching process begins with an initial consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and any specific challenges you may have. From there, our coaches will create a customized plan that includes personalized workouts, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support. CAN FITNESS COACHING BE DONE REMOTELY?

Absolutely! We offer remote fitness coaching services for clients who prefer the convenience and flexibility of training from home or their local gym. Through virtual platforms, we provide video calls, personalized workout plans, and regular check-ins to ensure you receive the same level of support and guidance as in-person coaching.

HOW OFTEN WILL I COMMUNICATE WITH MY FITNESS COACH?
