Orders of 1 or 2 sets: To control costs, Luncheon napkins will be folded to fit into a plastic sleeve to protect them from inclement weather and then mailed in a 5.75″ x 8.75″ greeting card sized envelope. Cocktail napkins will never be folded.

Orders of 3 or more sets: Napkins will not be folded. They will be placed in a clear plastic sleeve & then mailed in a 7 ½” x 10” or 10” x 13” poly mailer or cardboard box depending on the size of the order.

We have found that this type of packaging is very effective at protecting the napkins during shipping.
