Reads HIGH SECURITY PADLOCKS AND ACCESSORIES on top. It measures 13 inches high by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep and weighs a little bit over 6 pounds .There is One lock missing. The locks that you can see have the patina that would come from being on the locksmiths counter for years as you can see in the pictures. What a great rare piece, I hope it finds the right new home!I have many displays along with anything you would find in a local Locksmith store.
