These parts often fail due to exceeding the duty cycle of the high power input. The main RF I/O N connector on these units should be very close to 50 Ohms and if more than 5% out should be replaced. Please note that there are other internal components of the Power Termination Assemblies that can affect this measurement so a measure of roughly 63 Ohms may indicate an open circuit after the input attenautor. Un-terminated these attenuators will measure around 63 ohms on the input and output and 15 ohms on the power measuring tap.
