It is intended primarily for use with multiband wire antennas such as doublets and loops fed with ladder lines where there will be a wide range of impedance values generated across the different bands and a tuner is required for the final match. Note to keep the coaxial line run short to the BALUN from your Antenna Tuner in order to minimize matching loss. A total of three (3) 3 inch (73mm) cores wound with PTFE silver plated 14 AWG stranded wire will give you a lot of power/mismatch room to use it with your Doublet antenna (G5RV, ZS6BKW, Zepp antenna, etc.) fed by standard 300/450 Ohm twin lead or 600 Ohms ladder line. It covers 1-30 MHz and it is rated to 5kW ICAS.
