Dry and Stable. This book matched drop top set is cut from dry well seasoned stock. Both sides of the set are surfaced flat via planer/drum sander. One or both edges are jointed if possible. Keep in mind that due to the fact that wood moves with the changing of temperature and humidity you could possibly need to joint the edge immediately prior to you gluing the set together.The pictures show variations that the pieces can be oriented where the guitar template has been moved lengthwise to highlight specific parts of grain pattern.
