As you can see in the pictures these gears have a double D bore which is designed to go on a shaft with two flats. The gear in the picture with all of the information engraved on it was bored out to 5/16″ with a reamer. This is very easily done if you desire these to go onto a round 5/16 shaft. These are also very easily soldered onto a brass shaft with electronics 60/40 solder or plumbing solder. The readings on the micrometer show .250 for the minor diameter between the flats and .312 for the major diameter of the bore. These are nice to have for custom clock building, slot cars, model railroad and other hobbies.Please note that none of the other items in the pictures are part of the sale.
