Dominion Tank Police OVA This is an RARE Official Original one-of-a-kind Hand Painted Production Cel used in the anime Dominion, also known as Dominion Tank Police, released from May 27, 1988 – August 11, 1989. Directed by Kōichi Mashimo (真下耕一, Mashimo Kōichi, sometimes credited as Kouchi Mashimo or Kouichi Mashimo). Adapted from the manga Dominion (ドミニオン, Dominion) written and illustrated by Masamune Shirow (士郎正宗, Shirō Masamune), who is best known for the manga Ghost in the Shell, Appleseed and Black Magic. This scene is right after the infamous Puma Twin dance, as they shoot their way out.
