Long stored at the ready; never unpacked from box. Steel rungs with off-the-wall stabilizers & heavy duty weatherproof nylon strapping. Repack in box after use; store near suitable window. Can be put in place quickly if needed. The box has slight water damage, (see photos) but the carrying handle is not affected. The ladder & other contents appear unblemished.
