Left hand shooters rejoice! You get some love. Left hand shooter conversion kit for FX Maverik. Replaces the stock cheekrest with a lightweight carbon composite cheekrest. The material is textured carbon fiber polycarbonate, 3D printed at 290c high-temp. It will not get soft in the sun or warp like PLA and other low-temp materials. It is extremely rigid and lightweight, with a beautiful black sheen to match the finish on the FX rifle. The design of cheekrest allows you to insert the normal, large cap magazine at the 11-o’clock position, away from your face. It adds 10mm of nice, rounded cheekrest on the left side of rifle for a positive cheek weld and proper scope picture. The cheekrest extends 12mm rearwards over the power wheel to give you more cheekrest area and protect the power wheel from debris and accidentally getting turned. The forward portion of breech block is left exposed, making barrel changes / maintenance easier. This kit includes the carbon composite cheek piece and a small allen screw to fill the hole in the forward breech block. You will use your two stock cheekrest screws to attach the new cheekrest to your Maverik. Fits all Maveriks that have the two rearward holes in breech block, which I think is all of them, but you can easily check. The Maverik pictured is a 2022 model. Remove your stock cheekrest and look- You should have two tapped holes present behind the breech block as in the picture. Works with stock FX large cap mags and Iguanaman mags. Instructions included. Easy to install with 2 allen wrenches.
