It has a red and blue background, with images of Ed Muskie to the left and Herbert Humphrey on the right, superimposed over an image of the United States Capitol Building. In large white text over the blue section of the poster is printed :HUMPHREY-MUSKIE over a smaller DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE underneath. In the bottom left corner is a signature which reads :George Pollard ’68. In the bottom right corner is a union trademark. There is some tape on each corner, but not tears or holes. Some creasing and light general rumpling, as pictured.
