IMC’s groundbreaking 1966 kit of Bill “Maverick” Golden’s wheelstanding Dodge drag truck set a high water mark that has never been matched! Offered here is a dealer sell sheet reprint of that great old kit. Sell sheets were not available to the general public. They were provided to hobby shop owners to help promote the sale of soon-to-be-released kits. I still remember when I was a kid, standing at the counter of Stu De Jong’s Hobby Shop in the old Roseland neighborhood of Chicago and thumbing through Stu’s 3-ring binder full of sell sheets. Man! Just like the Revell “MISS DEAL” and the Revell “DODGE REVELLION” (see my other listings) this was another one that almost made me lose my young mind! Here’s your chance to own a frameable piece of IMC history from what was truly the golden age of car modeling! Each high DPI print comes on Canon, 53 lbs, Glossy, 8.5 by 11 photo paper printed right to the edge just like the original was. This comes from a high-resolution master scan of an original, vintage sell sheet which was then digitally enhanced for highest quality imaging. The photos are of an actual copy of the reprint. The punched holes that were on the left side have been digitally removed for a more uniform and complete look. Suitable for framing. NO ACTUAL MODEL IS INCLUDED.
