The Kastle FX86 are fast, light and fun!! These skis are built with a full sidewall construction that provides maximum edge grip and stability, allowing you to tackle the most challenging runs with confidence. They also feature a high-performance blend of woods in the core, which offers a combination of strength, responsiveness, and power unlike other brands of skis. Kastle’s use of fiberglass fulling wrapping the woodcore delivers unparalleled responsiveness. The FX86 2021 skis are designed with Kastle’s signature HP (High Performance) Shape, which delivers a powerful and precise feel on the mountain. They are fitted with an early rise tip and tail, which improves floatation in soft snow, and also makes it easier to initiate turns and navigate through tight spaces. The tip on one of the skis started to delam – separation of the base and the topsheet. There is a large epoxy repair on it and the base is sticking out on a section. (Refer to photos) Base: Fair condition with some surface level scratches and some small areas of base repair. The base is also not flat at the tip of one of the skis. This ski has received a fresh tune from a USG-certified technician. Edges: Good condition with minor signs of wear and tear which includes small/minor burrs. Does not have major damage to the edge such as cracking or separation from the base. This ski has received a fresh tune from a USG-certified technician.
