This is a good running, speedy laptop but there may be peeled off Lenovo or Thinkpad stickers, scuffs, deep scratches, minor cracks or dings, or other marks as it is being sold used with a lot of wear on the plastics such as the cover, palm rest, etc on it. Do not confuse cosmetic damage on the plastics of the laptop with how good the inside might be. The inside is fine. This listing is for a good running IBM Lenovo larger widescreened R500 Thinkpad laptop with freshly installed 64 bit Windows XP Professional. It also has installed Office 2003, which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc. It also has some various useful software and cleaning programs. The picture is not of this laptop but instead from the internet to show you what it looks like. I sell a lot of laptops and do not have time to take individual pictures of each laptop. It comes with a power adapter cord, a 2.00 GHz processor, 160 GB hard drive, CD/DVD player and 4 GB ram. The battery is good and the laptop also works fine with just the cord. There may be scratches, minor cracks or dings, or other marks as it is being sold used with some wear on it. In some laptops there may be a bios password required to access the bios. The laptop starts up and works fine, and only about 1 out of a thousand laptop users ever goes into the bios for anything. As such most people will never even see that the bios lock is there. I usually get these from schools and they do not want the students tweaking the schools special settings. These settings will not affect your performance at all. I have freshly installed everything (so no viruses like in many used computers). I have a few of these available if you want one for now and one to stash in the closet for later so that you can still use those softwares that don’t run on Windows 10 or 11 for a long time to come. A good powerful laptop with this operating system on it is basically unable to be found anywhere except from me. This laptop is sold AS-IS with no refunds. That being said, if the post office damages it in shipping, after getting our permission, you may send it back within one week of receiving it and we’ll refund it. If you buy this earlier in the day I generally am able to drop it in the post office that day! If you click “see other items”, The search bar will say something like “search all 94 items” but when you look at the list it will say something like “62 results”. This is an ebay glitch. Put your cursor into the search bar and click on it. The words will disappear. Then hit enter. You will now see all 94 items or however many listings I currently have!
