Rare Vintage Barlow Advertising Salesman Set of Pocket Knives Inox Solingen I bought this from an estate from a gentleman who worked for an advertising company for about 50 years. Here we have a pocket knife advertising set that Barlow would give to their salesman to show examples of their products to buyers. Each knife is advertising a different company – Pacific Bell, Midas and Stanley. It was a great way to show customers examples of what they have already done for other companies. This set of three Inox Solingen Germany pocket knives has never been used. They are in excellent condition, they have a great snap, no blade wobble, tools and blades have never been been put to use. All three are brand new. They come in the Barlow salesman advertising case. The case is in excellent condition as well. It is a black case with Barlow in gold writing. The inside of the case is padded with a rich blue velvet and has spots perfectly cut out for each knifes design, with a foam insert that places on top of the knives for extra protection. The gentleman worked for the company from the 1950’s-1980’s so their age is somewhere between those years. This is a very rare set that you probably won’t come across again.
