Note: Bogart and BeCall were often in San Fransisco. This is an imagined day off from location shooting on their San Francisco Noir film and one of my favorites, “Dark Passage”. Much of it filmed on location all around The City and in Marin too. I finally completed the 3rd original painting in this for a series of 5 of Vintage San Francisco.
