In my opinion this is a pretty decent used condition 60’s-70’s yellow vintage Stingray original chainguard, original paint and screen. Came off a yellow 5 speed yellow Stingray. Some nicks, scratches, paint loss, scrapes chips as shown in photos. Original paint has lost some luster and does not pop in color as when new, as well as the black screen. Back of guard has grime, scratches, small marks on back as shown. I have not tried to clean up the guard, might look a lot better with some cleaning. Rear bracket has no wiggle to it which uncommon on these used 5 speed guard brackets. Most have a bit of wiggle through use, but they tighten up just fine when mounted wiggle or no wiggle. Approximately 14 inches between mounting holes. Lettering/Screen has some fade but is still a pretty dark black. The front of guard has some dings on the face from the Y in Stingray down to the very front of guard. Can see them a bit, but can feel them when you rub your finger over the front of guard face. This in my opinion would look real nice on a fair to average used original paint yellow bike. Original guards like this look better on original paint bikes, painted guards do not blend in as well on original paint bikes as this guard would in my opinion. I make no warranties or representations on what model bike this will fit, condition, or anything regarding guard so look at photos. Original paint and screen Stingray guards seem to be getting harder to find. Sold AS-IS with no returns for any reason, so look at the many photos I have posted. (Photos show a far better idea of the condition and quality of this guard then any text does). Shipped within Continental USA only.
