Stunning Vintage Retro Italian Handpainted Pottery Lamp Base. Absolutely beautiful lamp base – the design is slightly raised from the surface but this is actually part of the manufacture and not tubelined. Fantastic bright colours on a pale yellow background with a denim blue banding to base and top. 9.5″, 24cms tall, diameter at base a tad over 4.5″, 11.5cms. 2 small chips to base but no other damage at all. In truly great condition. Please see photos. **Safety note – this would need testing before use** PLEASE READ – Everything Has To Go!!! I am having a major clearout and everything I will be listing comes from my own personal collection, amassed between 20 and 35 years ago. I am not a shop but my living room looks like one!! I have boxes which have been packed away for at least 15 years and am now doing what I believe the Scandinavians call “death planning” – not that I have any intention of departing soon but when I do, my sons will have no interest in any of it and the thought of everything ending up in a skip fills me with absolute horror.
