It is unsigned as is normal for Talbots pieces. Gold plated with multi-colored Swarovski crystals and a custom-made Swarovski star. Measures approximately 1.75″ x just under 1.25″. Fastens with locking c-clasp and pin which work well. In very good vintage condition but there is some very minor pitting to the gold plate which can be seen in the photos – it is really minor.
