Based on the serial, we would estimate that the watch was manufactured in approximately 2019. There are marks throughout the bracelet, case, case back, and clasp from wear. While the marks are prominent throughout the watch, none of them are deep in nature. The more prominent marks will be found on the side of the case. A professional polish would bring the watch back to excellent, retail ready, condition. The crystal and insert appear to be free from any major imperfections warranting replacement.
