International Shipping The carrier UPS or USPS is selected based on dependable services, the least handling, competitive rates, and timely delivery Import duties, taxes or tariff charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. A Note on Carriers In general, we use UPS for most domestic US shipments. We use USPS for certain oversized goods, international shipments, and delivery to places like Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
