eBay Here’s the HTF jadite (jadeite jad-ite) 6″ SWIRL MIXING BOWL that’s missing from many collections. This little cuite is hard to find, especially one in this seemingly unused condition as indicated by the pristine interiors. This line of nesting mixing bowls had a very long run at Anchor Hocking, from the middle 1940s to the early 1970s. This particular bowl sports the 1950s “Made in the USA” back-stamp. It is in remarkably good condition for being almost 70 years old! Manufactured for daily use and durability, even this little bowl is a substantial piece of glass, weighing right at 13 ounces. These items were massed produced and machine made, so slight imperfections from the factory are not uncommon. We have tried to illustrate some of these factory flaws in the photos, but they do not in any way detract from the beauty of this vintage piece of Americana. We have several Fire King jadite items currently listed for sale, including notably other Jadite Swirl Mixing Bowls as well as items from the Charm pattern and Restaurant Ware. We are happy to try to combine multiple purchases into one shipment to try to save buyers a bit on shipping costs. We generally use USPS Priority Mail because the rates are competitive, and insurance is included in the rates. In the rare case that there is damage during shipment, it will be the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to file a claim with the USPS.
