For larger orders, we ship in boxes using the previously listed protocols to keep their hair looking the best it can. Please keep in mind that all aftermarket hair-styles have only been set with water. For orders of $100 or more, we get extra shipping insurance to cover the contents. If you buy more than 2 ponies, we do combine shipping and will refund the shipping overage paid after we weigh your package. Notice #2 Your feedback is welcomed and valued.
