Up for consideration Original 1976 MARILYN MONROE Pin-up Playboy playing card double deck by Tom Kelly. Unopened with original cellophane. Plastic box is mint with clear plastic top and black bottom. Cards measure in inches about 3.50″ x 2.25″ and are standard card size. Issued in 1976 by Tom Kelley Studios, Inc. in Los Angeles. Two different nude shots from MMs 1953 calendar. Both have the red satin background. Original literature inside box reads: “MARILYN MONROE ~ the face, the voice, the walk—Marilyn was the ultimate sex symbol. Although claimed by untimely death in 1962, Marilyn lives on in the hearts of current generations, as well as the generations of the fifties and sixties. These playing cards are the original nude photos of “Marilyn” by Tom Kelley which drew international attention and have not been re-produced in over 35 years.
