If the item is New (current or vintage item) and still in the original packaging which is unopened, you may return the item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) then we will also refund your return shipping costs.

Your refund will be paid within 14 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

If the item is Used then you may return the item within 45 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. We will need to confirm that it is still in the same condition that it was when sent to you or take allowance of any further deterioration of the item. We may therefore ask you to provide photographs of the item so we can confirm this.

For board games we will need to confirm that all the pieces are present and match those when the item was sent. We do this by reference to our board game condition sheet that accompanies every used board game we sell.

Very few minor surface marks though scratch noted on side 1 first/second track which is noted on playback (tested on our own equipment). Cover and inner in very good condition.
